By submitting a video testimonial as part of this Program, you agree to the following:  

1. Eligibility 

Open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 or older. Must be an existing Ting customer with an active or past Ting sensor and have experienced an electrical fire hazard detected by Ting.  

2. Submission Requirements 

Video must be a minimum of 30 seconds long.  

Must include your personal experience using the Ting service.  

Must be original, clear, and appropriate in language and content.  

You must appear on camera and speak clearly about your experience.  

3. Approval & Reward 

Whisker Labs will review all submitted videos for quality, clarity, and adherence to the above requirements.  

Videos meeting the requirements and approved by Whisker Labs will receive a one-time $100 reward (via digital gift card).  

Whisker Labs reserves the right to reject any submission for any reason, including low-quality video/audio or off-topic content.  

Rewards will be sent within 30 days of approval.  

4. Usage Rights 

By submitting your video, you grant Whisker Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display the video (including your name, voice, and likeness) in all media, including digital, social, and advertising, for marketing and promotional purposes.  

5. Privacy 

Your submission and personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your testimonial may be publicly shared as part of our marketing efforts.  

6. Modification or Termination 

Whisker Labs reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time without prior notice.
